Exactly what it says on the tin. Adjusting the amount of resistance is easy. The counter built into the handle is useful, not really for counting reps but for making sure I'm maintaining my grip, since it'll unclick if I loosen up before relaxing completely.

It would be nice if there was a way to measure what the resistance is actually set to, something like a little print-out that says "if the distance between the handles is X cm, then it's Y kg of resistance".

I finally had the chance to do some target shooting with these arrows. They are light and true, also they survived a few tree strikes without any damage. Very happy with my purchase.

I took my Mongolian horse bow to my archery club meeting. Several members wanted to try it out.. one of the member, a young lady recently bought a $300 recurve bow with all the bell and whistles attachment. borrowed my bow, and used during the target practice secession . She said, she like the simplicity of the horse bow.

Happy with purchase of arm guard.. Would of wanted it 4 inches longer ,, but that's just me & my long arms,, bought 3 finger glove good quality leather tight fit for my big fingers but some saddle soap worked in & usage loosened em up,, Let's end it with a Good Ole #FJB & HIS CIRCUS OF FREAKS & MISFITS
